USB 3.0 PCI Card ?

I'm using the KT3 Ultra board, with Windows XP Pro SP3.

Each time I hook up my camera or a flash drive I get a message about using USB 2.0 versus 1.1.  I've checked using Device Manager and the USB connections are 1.1.

Is there a way to update my board...
