Z77A-GD55 is not starting with Vengeance 16GB in Dual Channel mode

I have just get the Z77A-GD55 and install the corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit on memory slots 2 & 4 as per the manual.

Every time I try to start the motherboard it's start for seconds show error no. 55 and restarts again.
