R9 290 Gaming (Any way to make OC Mode permanent?)

Hi,

I bought a MSI R9 290 Gaming, which has been excellent.

One thing that I would like to know is if there is a way to make OC Mode permanent (1007mhz) ?. As I set the card to that mode anyway regardless if i'm gaming or just web browsing
