2xN680GTX Twin Frozr 4GD5/OC in SLI = Flickering artifacts on certain DX9 games

I have two MSI N680GTX Twin Frozr 4GD5/OC on SLI configuration.
DX10 and DX11 work fine, however, there are some problems with DX9.
