Z68A-GD65 (G3) BIOS Upgrade failed. Help needed!

I have sandy 2500K with BIOS 23.7 and download the latest driver 25.8 from MSI site. Put the exe on USB stick and did the install/flash. It rebooted but now it shows the red text "Warning!!! Please insert to your USB". I cant enter BIOS menu.
