H97M-G42 stuck at boot with BIOS 7925v25 and 7924v26

I am in a loophole with the MSI H97M-G43 Motherboard.
I would not recommend this motherboard to anyone planning to play with ESXi

Bios v21 v22 v23 v24 would not recognize quadport lan adapters such as Intel PRO/1000 VT or Intel PRO/1000 PT.
