My GS60-Ghost (860M) Is overheating?

Hey everyone,

My GS60's CPU cores are all reaching 80-90 degrees celsius without much load.. is this a dust issue or something? The top right op above the numpad gets extremely hot, burning hot ghehe:P

Can someone help me out?
