Reboot loop after bios update

Hi all.

Just got a new GPU (390) and had to update my bios to the latest one (4.3) to support this card as my current bios wouldn't recognise it (no signal output) and now my PC is stuck in a constant reboot loop. Have I bricked my motherboard?
