GE62 2QC from single color to multicolor?

Hey,

I would like to know if it is possible to swap the single-color backlit keyboard of the GE62 2QC for a multicolor backlit like GE62 2QD? And are they they interchangable between models?

Also is it easy to do and would it void the warranty?
